YIS Benefits dba Your Insurance Solution (“Your Insurance Solution,” “we,” “us”) runs this website. This policy explains what information we collect when you use it, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us

Quote and contact forms. Your name, email, phone number, ZIP code, the type of insurance you’re interested in and anything you write in the message box.
Early Access waitlist (for licensed insurance agents). Your first and last name, email, and, if you choose to share them, your NPN and state. If you arrived from a campaign link, we also record the campaign details in that link (utm source, medium, campaign, content and term).
Agent contracting requests (for example, Presidio FortressPlan). Your name as it appears on your license, phone number, NPN and Texas licensing status.
Phone calls, emails and chats you have with us.

Information collected automatically

With each form submission we record the page you sent it from, the date and time, your IP address and the page that referred you, to prevent spam and to follow up correctly.
Like most websites, our server keeps basic technical logs (such as IP address, browser and pages visited) for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

To answer your request, prepare quotes, help you compare and enroll in coverage, and follow up with you by phone, text or email.
For agents: to manage the Early Access waitlist, send you updates about it, and process contracting requests.
To keep the site secure and working, and to prevent spam and abuse.
To meet legal, licensing and regulatory obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to serve you:

With insurance carriers, marketplaces and enrollment platforms when you ask us to quote or enroll you in a plan.
With service providers that help us run our business, such as our email provider (Google Workspace), the spreadsheet we use to manage the Early Access waitlist (Google Sheets), our email newsletter tool, and our website host. They may only use it to provide their service to us.
When required by law, or to protect our rights, our clients or others.

Third-party services on this site

Live chat (Chatway). If you use the chat window, the messages you send and basic technical information are processed by Chatway so we can reply to you.
Google Maps. Our Contact page shows an embedded Google map. Loading it lets Google receive your IP address and set its own cookies, under Google’s privacy policy.
Google Fonts. Our pages load fonts from Google, which receives your IP address when they load.
Meta Pixel. Our Early Access page uses the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure visits and signups from our ads. Meta may use cookies and receive information about your visit under Meta’s data policy. You can control ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to serve you and to meet our legal and licensing record-keeping obligations, then delete or anonymize it.

Your choices and requests

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to the records we’re required to keep.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email, or tell us to stop calling or texting you.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no website or email is completely secure. Please don’t send Social Security numbers, health details or payment information through our website forms.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information online.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
